Sendmetric Ecoupons for Restaurants

We have recently launched an e-mail marketing program tailored to the restaurant industry. The service centers around timely Ecoupons sent to customers of your restaurant around holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries. Here's how it works:

Upon signing up for this service, your restaurant(s) will collect e-mail addresses of your customers in the following ways:

• You are provided an elegant black registration box with an insert design. Along with the box, we provide pre-printed pads with general questions such as a customers name, e-mail address, birthday and anniversary which are filled out and collected. The box maybe eye-catching near or around your host or hostess of the restaurant. After collecting e-mail addresses, your staff will periodically mail us the customers filled out sheets and we will insert these users into your system. Upon entering the users into your system they will receive a welcome coupon (which is the first e-mail from your restaurant a customer receives upon joining your Ecoupons).
• We also work with you or your web developers to place a page on your web site to collect e-mail addresses and have that automatically insert into our system when the customer fills out the web form.

After a customer joins your Ecoupons they will receive the following timely messages with the coupon terms you want to provide them:

• Welcome E-mail - This is sent to the individual when their e-mail address is entered into your account on our system or if they fill out a form on your web site to join.
• Happy Birthday E-mail - A birthday themed e-mail is sent out around the individual's birthday.
• Happy Anniversary E-mail - An anniversary themed e-mail is sent out around the individual's anniversary.

In addition to the timely messages, you get to choose which e-mails are sent out to your customers around different holidays or special times throughout the year. These e-mails are themed around the particular holiday or time of year and you can define the coupon terms for each of the e-mails. Some of the holidays and special times of year you can choose to send e-mails on include: New Years, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Cinco De Mayo, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
